At Flook The Label, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and designer tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5 business days.
